Agreement to Terms
By booking, purchasing, or receiving services from Sonoran Glow Sunless Tans, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms are designed to ensure a safe, professional, and high-quality experience for every client.
Services
Sonoran Glow Sunless Tans provides custom airbrush spray tanning services using professional-grade solutions. All services are customized based on skin tone, preferences, and event timing.
Results may vary based on:
• Skin type
• Pre and post care
• Lifestyle factors (sweating, swimming, skincare products, etc.)
Appointments & Deposits
A deposit may be required to secure your appointment.
• Deposits are non-refundable
• Deposits may be transferred with proper notice (see cancellation policy)
• Remaining balance is due at time of service unless otherwise arranged
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Less than 24 hours notice may result in loss of deposit.
No-shows may require a new deposit to rebook future appointments.
Mobile Service Terms
Mobile appointments require:
• Safe and adequate space for setup
• Protection from pets, children, or environmental hazards during service
• Accessible parking and safe entry
Travel fees apply based on distance and are non-refundable once scheduled.
Client Preparation & Aftercare Responsibility
Clients are responsible for following pre- and post-care instructions provided before and after service.
Sonoran Glow Sunless Tans is not responsible for:
• Uneven fading due to skincare products
• Premature fading due to sweating, swimming, or weather exposure
• Reactions due to undisclosed allergies or skin conditions
Health & Skin Conditions
Clients must disclose:
• Skin conditions
• Allergies
• Pregnancy
• Medications affecting skin
We reserve the right to refuse service if safety concerns exist.
Satisfaction Policy
Client satisfaction is very important to us.
If you believe there is an application issue, you must contact us within 24 hours with photos.
Adjustments or touch-ups may be offered at our discretion.
Refunds are not guaranteed due to the custom nature of services.
Photography & Marketing
Photos may be taken of results for quality control and marketing.
No identifying information will be shared without permission.
Clients may opt out at any time.
Gift Certificates & Promotions
• Non-refundable
• Non-transferable unless approved
• Must be used before expiration date
Right to Refuse Service
Sonoran Glow Sunless Tans reserves the right to refuse service for:
• Unsafe environments
• Inappropriate behavior
• Repeated late cancellations or no-shows
Liability Waiver
By receiving services, clients acknowledge spray tanning is a cosmetic service and results vary. Sonoran Glow Sunless Tans is not liable for misuse of aftercare or failure to follow instructions.
