Appointment Deposits
All deposits are non-refundable. Deposits secure your appointment time and cover preparation, scheduling, and reserved service time.
Deposits may be transferred to a new appointment date if rescheduled according to our cancellation policy.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
We kindly require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
• Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may result in loss of deposit
• Same-day cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable and may require a new deposit to rebook
We understand emergencies happen and will review situations on a case-by-case basis.
Service Satisfaction
Sonoran Glow Sunless Tans provides custom color-matched spray tans using professional solutions and techniques.
If you experience an issue with your tan due to application error, please contact us within 24 hours with photos and details.
If verified, we may offer:
• A complimentary touch-up, or
• A partial service credit (at our discretion)
Refunds are not issued for:
• Personal color preference after service
• Improper pre/post care
• Exposure to water, sweating, or lotions before rinse time
• Skin conditions or reactions not disclosed prior to service
Mobile Service Travel Fees
Travel fees are non-refundable once service has been scheduled and travel time has been reserved.
Product Sales
All retail product sales are final.
If a product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of receipt.
Chargebacks
By booking services, clients agree to this Refund Policy.
Unauthorized chargebacks may result in refusal of future service.
